Our baby bunnies will be available for pick up after they reach 8 weeks of age, we don't let them go any earlier. This is in order for them to develop properly, and to deduce the stress of moving to their new home helping them live long and happy lives!

The babies can vaccinated from 12 weeks of age at most vets, we're more than happy to take them to the vet for you, please contact us if would like more information about vaccination pricing. However, as mentioned before you are able to take the home after 8 weeks of age.

Each of our babies come groomed, their nails clipped, with a comprehensive care sheet, a small bag of change over pellets and a birth certificate. We also offer lots more information and ongoing support with how to care for your bunny on our website.

 

After you reserve a rabbit we cannot completely guarantee that they will not become sick or die before they are picked up, sometimes we are unable to stop these sad things from happening. In this case we offer you to reserve another rabbit that has not already been reserved or a full refund of your deposit.

We reserve the right not to sell to anyone we feel that will not or cannot care for our rabbits properly, we have our rabbits best interests at heart and we hope you do too.

 

We do not take responsibility for the health and condition of your bunny after they leave our care, we make sure they are healthy and happy when they leave us, we check their teeth, eyes, nose, ears, bottom, fur for fleas or lice, we also groom them and clip their nails. The babies do not come vaccinated but they do come from a great home, and have had the best start to life! 

 

We strive to be as accurate as possible when determining the sex of your rabbit, however we may not always be right at the time of the reservation, we try our best to update you on what genders we think they are and if they turn out not to be the gender anticipated we offer you to reserve another rabbit that has not already been reserved or a full refund of your deposit (However this is not applicable if it is mentioned in our listing that we are not sure of their genders yet because they are under six weeks of age.)

Other than in the exceptions listed above, the 50% deposit is non refundable. Until a deposit is placed and the transaction received by us, the bunny is not on hold and can be purchased by another buyer.

If you cannot reach us to pick up your bunny we offer to organise pet transport such as pet bus and Cool Critters for you, the costs of transport however will be covered by you. We do however request that a minimum of 2 baby bunnies be purchased from us and transported together as this can be a stressful event for a solo baby bunny.
